Sequoia RamseySequoia Ramsey is the CEO at Realistic Computing Inc. While matriculating at Hood College, Ms. Ramsey started a computer camp for homeless children that resulted in both a significant improvement in their grades and a new eagerness to learn.  This program caught attention of local newspapers and local community organizations, and she began training adults and offering technical services to Hood College students.  Her success inspired her to open her technical support business in 1997, where she provided technical support, training, and web support services to companies and organizations such as University of Maryland, Baltimore, Associated Black Charities of Maryland, National Association for Psychiatric Systems and the IRS Training Institute.   A variety of technology services at the request of her growing number of clients.  From offering basic network integration services RCI has grown into a full service IT consulting enterprise.  RCI now offers turnkey systems integration with expertise in, telecommunications systems, data networking, information technologies, enterprise management and more.  In 2006, Sequoia Ramsey become an ACTIVATE participant to develop additional Business skills in product commercialization and fund development and is currently a apart of the Alumnae program. Despite the growth of the company, Sequoia Ramsey continues to give back she did upon her start to aid in Elementary Schools as Science Project judges to  supporting community programs and partnerships that help make our communities better, stronger, and more vibrant places in which to live, work, and do business.  She has been a Sponsor for the Chris Macalister Foundation, YMCA Baltimore, MD Children’s Hospital Kings and Daughters of  Norfolk, VA, Civic Works of Baltimore, Elaine Clark Center, Atlanta and many more. RCI is also a support partner for the Western School of Technology, Environmental Science High School student career development and Coppin State College in order to help grow our future technical professionals. Realistic Computing Inc.
