Glenview, IL Sophia Fouzia Leaguedi is president of Chicago-based Ameroc Export Inc., an international trade company connecting U.S. suppliers with global buyers, with sales last year of $1 million. A member of the International Trade Association and the U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce, Sophia was selected by the U.S. Department of Commerce to participate in six international trade missions in the past two years to promote U.S. products worldwide. She has mentored young women entrepreneurs through the Chicago Southland Chamber’s Heels of Business program and received Business Ledger’s 2014 Influential Women in Business Award. Rebecca Geller The Geller Law Group Fairfax, VA Rebecca Geller is president and CEO of The Geller Law Group of Fairfax, VA. Her firm was featured in a May 2015 New York Times news story for its exceptional commitment to employee work/life balance. Rebecca was selected as a Washington Post Magazine Super Lawyer and as Washingtonian magazine’s “Person We Would Like to Have Dinner With.” She champions numerous policy issues affecting women, teaches seminars for budding entrepreneurs at the Small Business Development Center, and serves on numerous nonprofit boards. She was also the first student ever appointed to serve on the American University Board of Trustees. Lara Hodgson Now Corp. Atlanta, GA Lara Hodgson is president and CEO of Atlanta-based NOW Corp., a financial services company that accelerates revenue to small businesses through the strength of their trade credit. Lara teaches finance at the Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on the boards of Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business, Access Capital for Entrepreneurs, and the Atlanta Heights Charter School. She was named the Georgia Tech Women in Engineering Alumnus of the Year and received the Womenetics 2013 POW! Award honoring purposeful women. Farrah Qureshi Global Diversity Practice Saltaire, United Kingdom Farrah Qureshi is CEO of Global Diversity Practice, based in Saltaire, UK, a leading provider of learning solutions and multi-disciplinary consultancy in the field of global diversity and inclusion. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has authored two books on diversity and dignity in the workplace. Farrah mentors underprivileged minority and ethnic students through the Mosaic initiative and helps other organizations set up mentoring programs for young women. She started a charitable foundation to support minority youths in West Yorkshire as well as disadvantaged communities in South Africa.
