Helena de Abreu e Rodrigues AllBy, Lisbon, Portugal Helena de Abreu e Rodrigues is CEO of AllBy in Lisbon, Portugal, which offers services in the areas of consulting, attraction of investments, marketing and communication, and architecture. Her background is in the pharmaceutical industry, and she brings more than 13 years’ experience to AllBy. Her goal has always been to be an entrepreneur, and in 2016 she grew her team at AllBy from just four to 20 people within six months. Helena serves as Chair of the Portugal chapter of the Women Presidents' Organization, is responsible for marketing and communications for the Professional Womens Network of Lisbon’s Women Mentoring Program, and leads the Young Women Leadership Program in WomenWinWin, an organization for which she also founded the mentoring program for entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses. In addition, she leads the Women Presidents' Organization Portugal chapters, mentoring and development program for young women-owned businesses. Glynis Gillott The GGD Group, Cape Town, South Africa Glynis Gillott is managing director of The GGD Group in Cape Town, South Africa, which offers accounting, management consulting, and administrative services, as well as software sales. She founded GG Accounting in 1993, offering accounting and tax solutions, and grew that organization to now manage a group of companies under the GGD Group umbrella. She is a winner of the Business Woman’s Association Award for Entrepreneur of the Year. Glynis supports the Anna Foundation, which aids and educates underprivileged children in rural areas, and well as Girls and Boys Town, and the MATCH Foundation, which aids underprivileged children who have a future in sports. She is also a supporter of a number of organizations which help the elderly, and those suffering from medical ailments. She serves as a mentor to young women in her community. In her spare time, she’s an avid tennis player, playing in international tennis tournaments around the world. She sits on the executive board of the Western Province Tennis Association. Constance Elizabeth Swaniker Accents & Art, Accra, Ghana Constance Elizabeth Swaniker is founder and CEO of Accents & Art in Accra, Ghana, an office, production facility, and showroom displaying and selling exotic woods, wrought iron, cane and glass from a select group of artisans. The entrepreneur and strategic thinker in her motivated Constance to establish Accents & Art just six months after graduating from school. She majored in sculpture at KNUST College of Art in Kumasi, and during that time, undertook an apprenticeship as a carpenter. Today, her work can be found in a wide range of homes, offices and other locations in Ghana and abroad. Her work has been recognized with awards including the Outstanding Industrial Metal Furniture Firm in Ghana Award by wAi Africa, The Network Journal Africa 40 Under Forty 2010 Achievement Award, and Africa’s Most Influential Women in Leadership and Governance – 2014, among others. Constance recently established an Art and Design Institute, working closely with the local universities and polytechnic to aid and bridge the gap between archaic school curriculum and industry by providing students a platform to gain practical experience.
