2018 NaVOBA Women Veteran’s Business Enterprise of the Year Recipients Announced: SAMS’ President and CEO Staci L. Redmon Speaks as Guest of Honor

SPRINGFIELD, VA, July 10, 2018 – The National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA) and sponsor JPMorgan Chase announced the Women Veteran’s Business Enterprise of the Year award recipients on June 18, 2018 at the Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBENC) National Conference and Business Fair in Detroit, MI.

Award recipients Phyllis Newhouse, CEO, Xtreme Solutions, Inc.; Barbara Myrick, CEO, B&M Construction, Inc.; and Chelsea Derrah, CEO, Derrah Morrison Enterprises, LLC were selected among the 380,000 woman veteran-owned businesses in the U.S. The annual award is presented to women veteran business owners who exemplify attributes pivotal in leading a flourishing organization, creating sustained business success and growth, and a strong commitment to cultivate veteran entrepreneurship.

Featured guest of honor, Staci L. Redmon, President and CEO of Strategy and Management Services, Inc. (SAMS) and 2017 NaVOBA Woman Vetreprenuer of the Year provided congratulations on a job well done.
