Enterprising Women Names Chanie Gluck, Katie Schibler Conn and Michelle Taylor to its Advisory Board

RALEIGH, N.C., December 21 – Monica Smiley, CEO and publisher of Enterprising Women magazine, has appointed Chanie Gluck, Katie Schibler Conn and Michelle Taylor to the Enterprising Women Advisory Board.

Chanie Gluck is Founder and CEO of 4D Global, Inc., a medical billing staffing and human resources company dedicated to supporting healthcare companies grow and scale their business. 4D Global primarily focuses on revenue cycle management, efficiency, and profitability by providing specialized and experienced medical billers all hired, managed, and supervised at its facilities located in Chennai, India.  4D Global services clients in 20 states around the U.S and is expanding rapidly.  4D Global won the Best Place To Work in India for two years in a row, 2021-2023 and made the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing companies.In September 2022 they were recognized by Great Place To Work as the Best Workplace for Women.

4D Global is the second healthcare company founded by Gluck. Her first business, 4D Medical, was launched in 2002. 4D Medical specialized in medical billing services to physicians, medical practices, and hospitals in the northeast. She sold that business in 2015, around the time 4D Global was beginning to service clients. As the CEO of 4D Medical, Chanie sought operational efficiencies and discovered offshore opportunities in India. She perfected offshore systems to improve profitability, scale easily, and impress her clients with exceptional work.

She is the host of Leaders In Medical Billing podcast about leaders in the medical billing industry that are growing, disrupting, and paving the way for innovation.  She also hosts the Growing Global podcast, a series dedicated to educating and inspiring entrepreneurs to get themselves and their businesses to the next level and beyond. She has been voted the Next 1,000 CEOs to watch by Forbes magazine and voted Inspiring CEO’s 2021 by Insights Magazine.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Gluck lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband, attorneyIzzy Yetnikoff, and they have four children. Katie Schibler Conn, Founder/Brand Strategist at KSA Marketing.  Aself-described classically trained marketer,Schibler Conn has more than 25 years of experience leading integrated marketing initiatives for global brands such as Pepsi, SKYY Spirits, and Clorox. She is an industry leader, delivering complex marketing campaigns and forging meaningful client partnerships with a focus on workforce and economic development. 

The first decade of her career was spent working at very large and very small integrated marketing agencies in Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York and California. She spent several years working at Sony PlayStation in San Francisco leading brand and marketing partnerships. 

Then, she decided to quit her “DreamJob” to take a 15-month solo journey around the world from Peru to Uzbekistan. She started KSA Marketing 48 hours after her return to the U.S. KSA Marketing is a WBENC and WOSB certified agency with expertise in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and integrated advertising. Since 2011, KSA has grown from a one-woman practice into a full-service agency supporting international brands, government agencies, and growing organizations. Providence Business News recognized KSA as a “Best Place to Work” in 2022.

As the founder of KSA Marketing, Schibler Conn has successfully grown and scaled the firm significantly in the past decade. She is passionate about developing talent and creating equal paths to prosperity for everyone. 

She is a regular lecturer at Providence College on international marketing and business, the past President of the Association of Marketing Professionals of Rhode Island (AMP-RI), and alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Additionally, Schibler Connwas named a Providence Media "Leading Lady" (2018, 2019, 2021, 2022). She was recognized as an honoree in the Providence Business News "2019 Business Women" awards, and was again honored as a 2021 Creative Services Woman to Watch. Schibler Conn is an active member of the Forbes Agency Council.

Michelle Taylor is President and CEO of BETAH Associates, Inc. (BETAH),a marketing, communication, and professional services firm that bridges the gap between communities and the corporations, nonprofits and government agencies that serve them. Her vision and entrepreneurial resilience led to BETAH's recognition by Inc. magazine on its Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing companies, by Washington Business Journal's 2019 Best Family-Owned Business, by the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council's 2019 Top 100 Minority Business Enterprises, and by the Governor of Maryland for the company's economic impact on the state and its service to communities in 2020. 

She received the 2022 Enterprising Women of the Year Award.

Taylor has over 20 years of experience in communications and marketing, community engagement, and events coordination. She has developed and implemented national and local communications campaigns for public- and private-sector clients. With a commitment to encouraging other business owners, she is Chair Emerita and a board member of the Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce. She is a founding member of the BOW Collective—an organization that advocates for Black women entrepreneurs. Additionally, she is the creator of her signature workshop, “Ordered Steps: Lessons from a Sudden to Successful CEO,” for emerging female entrepreneurs. Her dedication to economic equity within the Black community led her to co-create the Montgomery County Black Collective. 

With a commitment to service, Taylor is a member of the Local Management Board for the Collaboration Council for Children, Youth, and Families, is a member of Women for The Inn, a fundraising initiative for The Children's Inn at NIH, and sits on the Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center governing board.

Taylor is a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program graduate, a Forbes Agency Council member, and a Forbes.com author of articles on executive leadership and business growth.
