Erika Baez-Grimes, CM&AP, is an award-winning M&A advisor, founder, and dealmaker with more than 15 years of experience leading complex transactions across a range of industries. Through her portfolio of companies, she leads firms that deliver certified business valuations, transaction strategy, pricing optimization, asset protection, and ownership transition services, guiding founders through critical inflection points in their businesses.

Her companies have built a national reputation for achieving premium outcomes for individuals and founder-led / family-owned businesses. Operating at the intersection of capital, optimization, protection, execution, and exit, they help structure sophisticated transactions designed to maximize long-term impact for clients globally. 

Across her portfolio, the firms maintain active limited partner positions in multiple industries, reinforcing a disciplined approach and a deep understanding of value creation beyond the transaction itself. An entrepreneur at her core, Erika founded a payment processing company in 2014. Following the post-pandemic shift, she transitioned the CEO role to her husband. The company has since supported clients in processing multimillions in transactions and continues to deliver consistent year-over-year growth. Erika supports and contributes to national initiatives focused on increasing pathways to ownership, economic mobility, and youth entrepreneurship. 

To date, Erika holds multiple professional designations in the M&A but above all, she is most proud to be a God-fearing,  Dominican-born Latina, -Wife and Basketball Mom.
