Marcel V. Quiroga is the founder and CEO of TQM Wealth Partners, a registered independent advisory firm that works with business owners and C-suite executives under a fiduciary standard of care. Marcel is a certified Retirement Management Advisor (RMA) whose primary focus is on advanced planning to help clients protect, grow, and transfer their wealth in ways that help them meet their goals efficiently and that reflect their personal and family values. She founded TQM Wealth Partners in early 2016 with the purpose of providing objective advice through comprehensive financial and legacy planning to clients who value a more personable and human approach to independent advice. TQM was built for people who understand that financial wealth serves to enrich human, social, and spiritual wealth, and that seek a boutique wealth management firm with large capabilities.

There are many things Marcel likes about being on the TQM team. What she likes most, however, is spending time with clients, getting to know them and their families, and working to have a positive impact in their lives. After all, making a difference in the lives of others is what drives Marcel and the company.

Marcel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Privada Boliviana, which was founded by Federation of Private Entrepreneurs of Bolivia (Federación de Empresarios Privados). Marcel is a Certified Retirement Management Advisor (RMA) with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout that time, Marcel has held positions in the financial planning and advisory industry as the Chief Relationship Officer at Capital Formation Group, as a Private Wealth Advisor at Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group, and as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley’s Individual Investment Group. She has also held leadership positions in commercial banking and at a private financial fund in Bolivia.

Outside of work, Marcel loves to give back to the community. She is the founder of The Legacy Dialogues which she created with the purpose of helping unlock the great potential of people’s determination to turn good will into action. Marcel is also on the board of Girl’s Inc of Boston and Lynn, The Women’s Edge and the North Shore Conference for Women. She was also a founding member and former Chair of the Latino Council for Boston Children’s Hospital. When Marcel is not in the office or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with family, writing fiction and non-fiction pieces, reading, meditating, doing yoga and playing pickleball.
