Marcel V. Quiroga is the Founder and CEO of TQM Wealth Partners, a boutique registered investment advisory firm serving business owners, C-suite executives, and high-net-worth families under a fiduciary standard of care. With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Marcel specializes in helping clients grow, protect, and transfer wealth in alignment with their values and multigenerational goals through a holistic, legacy-focused approach.

Marcel founded TQM Wealth Partners in 2016 with a mission to deliver comprehensive, objective financial guidance through a highly personalized, human-centered philosophy—where financial success supports a life of meaning and purpose. She holds the Certified Retirement Management Adviser (RMA) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designations.

Prior to launching TQM, Marcel held senior leadership roles at Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group, Morgan Stanley, and Capital Formation Group, where she served as Chief Relationship Officer.

Her leadership and impact have earned national recognition. In 2025, Marcel received the Enterprising Women Diamond Legacy Award for her lifelong commitment to leadership, mentorship, and social impact. She is also a Five Star Wealth Manager for multiple consecutive years, reflecting exceptional client satisfaction and professional excellence.

Beyond her professional work, Marcel is a passionate community builder and advocate. She founded The Legacy Dialogues, a platform focused on inspiring intentional philanthropy and meaningful conversations about values, purpose, and legacy. She also serves on the boards of Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn, the North Shore Women’s Conference, and Enterprising Women, and is a founding member and past Chair of the Latino Council for Boston Children’s Hospital. 

Outside the office, Marcel enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters, writing, reading, practicing yoga and meditation, and playing pickleball with family and friends.
