HELENA RODRIGUES has a Philosophy degree and a Masters in Marketing specialized in Key Accounts Strategy and Management.  She worked for 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry, developing management, consulting and marketing skills, among others.  In 2013, she founded Think Strategic, aiming to provide consulting services to different companies, ranging from financial to food industry areas: Edinteriores, Chefs Agency, FactorChave, Grupo Your, Merck, Abbott, ArtBooks and Herdade Vale da Rosa.  Helena describes her work as helping people to build something of their own and demonstrating that it is possible to make money out of what you love to do. She is focused on helping SMEs on being sustainable.
All this accounts for her being invited to represent Women Presidents’ Organization in Portugal in 2016.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Helena has broadened her ability to reach results and her company AllBy has grown from 3 to 20 people in less than 2 years. The company has expanded business internationally, namely in Timor-Leste, strengthening its growth. Helena embraces her mission of leading businesses and entrepreneurship to change. This implies daring, risking and making it happen, her daily motto. Helena is Portugal Chapter Chair for WPO, she is United Success Ambassador for Portugal, she is a founding member of Women Win Win and actively participates in the development and empowerment of women entrepreneurs and business women.  She has been awarded The Enterprising Women of The Year 2018 in the category “Up to $1 million annual revenue” in Florida, reflecting the core values and giving back every day to mentor and assist successful businesses.
