Enterprising Women Names Fatimah Moody, Dr. Arianna Sholes-Douglas and Dr. Andrea Wagner to its Advisory Board

RALEIGH, N.C., December 19 – Monica Smiley, CEO and publisher of Enterprising Women magazine, has appointed Fatimah MoodyDr. Arianna Sholes-Douglas and Dr. Andrea Wagner to the Enterprising Women Advisory Board.

FatimahMoodyCo-Founder and CEO of LinkVisum Consulting, has over 20 years of consulting, organizational development and strategyA trusted consultant, leadership coach, and organizational development professional, Moody has successfully advised many organizations in the public and private sector. Her primary areas of focus include transformational change management, strategic planning and process improvement. 

In her CEO role, she has received numerous awards and recognition including Star Performer Award for Small Business by Smart CEO, Women Who Mean Business Award from theWashington Business Journaland recognitions fromInc. Magazine.She received the 2022 Enterprising Women of the Year Award.

Prior to starting her own firm, Moody was a Director in Strategy Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopersresponsible for change management and strategy for the Federal Government sector.  She holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University in Finance and Accounting.

She dedicates her time and expertise to programs related to leadership development for youth, college planning workshops, and fundraising. Moodyhas served or currently serves on a number of boards including Loudoun County Family Advisory Services; LEAD (Leadership Education and Development) an organization that is focused on proving higher education access and career preparation to high potential youth of diverse backgrounds; Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. National Strategic PlanningCommittee; and Syracuse University Multicultural Board. She is a member of Links, Inc., Jack and Jill of America, and a number of other organizations that have a focus on giving back to the community. She strives to live her life by the saying to whom much is given, much is required. 


She is a native of Long Island, New York, and resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, Keith Moody, Co-Founder and President of LinkVisum Consulting Group, Inc. Arianna Sholes-Douglas, MD, FACOG has dedicated much of her 30-year career in practicing medicine to helping women through the stages of life that are largely neglected by most of the medical community: menopause and perimenopause. Dr. Sholes-Douglas is the founder of Tula Wellness and Aesthetics, a medical practice in Tucson, Arizona, focusing on women’s health and beauty. She is the author of the best-selling book, The Menopause Myth: What your mother, doctor and friends haven’t shared about life after 35.

Dr. Sholes-Douglas specializes in integrative women’s health, intimate wellness, and hormone replacement therapy. She incorporates evidenced-based alternative medical therapies to promote healing, taking a holistic approach to patient care.

She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a diplomate of the American Board of OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine.She completed her undergraduate degree in biology at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, then earned her Doctor of Medicine at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee.She completed her residency and Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at UCLA School of Medicine. She later graduated from the Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona, a program founded by the modern “guru” of alternative medicine, Dr. Andrew Weil.

She has appeared on the Discovery Health Channel and served as the “Woman’s Doctor” on Baltimore’s NBC news affiliate. Her writing is published on DrWeil.com, Fit Pregnancy, Good Housekeeping, and Essence Magazine.In 2016, she was awarded first place in the Outstanding Women’s Health category by Inside Tucson BusinessIn 2020, she received the Southern Arizona’s Woman of Impact Award and Inside Tucson’s Business Women of Influence Award: Business Owner of the Year.

Andrea Wagner, PhD, is Chief Technical Officer & Co-Founder of Berkshire Sterile Manufacturing,a state-of-the-art fill finish contract manufacturer that is specialized in small-scale sterile filling of vials, syringes, and cartridges for biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Since its founding in 2014, she has helped grow the business to 220+ employees with sales exceeding $50 million in 2022.

Dr. Wagner has more than 20 years of experience developing sterile fill/finish services with an emphasis in new product and process development. She has worked with new business in firms ranging from virtual startups to global giants within the biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device industries.  She mentors other young women in STEM and set up the Andrea Wagner Women in Science Scholarship which is awarded to one female college student from Berkshire County each year.

She started her career in sterile fill finish at a company acquired by Curia in 2010, accelerating the business from $250,000 to over $22 million per year when soldShe closely monitors the coordination of the engineering, quality, manufacturing, and project management teams to meet the constantly changing customer requirements and critical deadlines. She has worked for larger and smaller CMO entities, and she applies her knowledge and energy to lead them to successful outcomes.

Dr. Wagner has participated in numerous workshops and conferences on the manufacturing of sterile drugs. She has also authored technical papers and written articles on outsourcing of drug and medical device products.

She is a recipient of the 2022 Enterprising Women of the Year Award.
