Jill Vitiello is Chief Executive Officer of Vitiello Advisory, a boutique agency offering private consultation to business owners and executives focused on leveraging their communication skills to build engaged teams and sustainable organizational culture. Previously, Jill was Partner & Executive Vice President of The Creative Engagement Group, now Inizio Engage, a global strategic, commercial and creative engagement partner specializing in healthcare.

Prior to that, Jill was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vitiello Communications Group, one of the first woman-owned employee engagement and communication agencies in the United States. In that role, she helped leaders in the pharma and finance industries create and advance healthy corporate cultures for peak performance. During the pandemic, Jill led the acquisition of her company by the Huntsworth Group, now Inizio, a $500+M global healthcare communications agency.
A glass ceiling smasher, a modern workplace pioneer, a communication expert, and an advocate of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, Jill writes and speaks about mission-critical issues: women entrepreneurs, authentic executive communication, and allyship.

Jill is a member of the Enterprising Women Advisory Board and of the Women Presidents Organization. Throughout her career, Jill served the industry and community in key leadership roles, including Director of the International Executive Board of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC); member of the Rutgers University Executive Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences Advisory Council; member of the Women in Leadership Network Board of Vistage International; forum team representative for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and member of the Advisory Council of the Women of Color in Pharma (WOCIP).

Jill has received numerous awards, including PRNews Top Women in PR Award; New York Business Journal Woman of Influence; Enterprising Women of the Year Award; IABC Communicator of the Year; and NJBIZ Best Fifty Women in Business. She is also a recipient of the IABC Gold Quill Award for speechwriting.
Jill earned a Master of Arts degree in journalism from New York University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rutgers University, and a certificate in women’s studies as an undergraduate. She is a graduate of The Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College-WBENC Strategic Growth Program.
